Sunrun BrightBox™ Agreement™ Agreement • September 2nd, 2017
This Power Purchase Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between Judith Van Train (“Customer” or “homeowner” or “you”) and Sunrun Installation Services Inc., a Delaware corporation, together with its successors and Assignees (“Sunrun” or “we” together with Customer, the “Parties”, each a “Party”), as of the Effective Date for the sale and purchase of all electric energy generated by a solar photovoltaic system with one or more batteries (the “Solar System”) to be installed on or at your home located at 5431 Ave Juan Bautista Riverside, CA 92509 (the “Home”). Sunrun is pleased to provide you with solar electric power for a twenty (20) year term.
