This Educational Partnership Agreement (“Agreement”), is made and entered into as of the day of , 2017 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Tennessee College of Applied Technology (“TCAT”), with its principal place of business located at 1 Bridgestone Park, Nashville, TN 37214, and Bethel University (“Bethel”), with its principal place of business located at 325 Cherry Avenue, McKenzie, Tennessee, 38201. (Each a “Party” and collectively, the “Parties”).
