THIS COOPERATIVE MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into this XXth day of August, 2013, by and between the STATE OF CALIFORNIA, acting through the California Department of Parks and Recreation ("CDPR"), the Santa Monica Mountains Conservancy ("SMMC"), the Mountains Recreation and Conservation Authority ("MRCA"), and the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, acting through the National Park Service ("NPS"). CDPR, SMMC, MRCA, and NPS may hereinafter be referred to as a “Party,” or collectively the “Parties.”
