This Settlement Agreement, dated June 7, 2023 (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and among (“Lender”), (“Borrower”), and (“Guarantor”). The Borrower and Guarantor may individually be referred to as “Obligor” and collectively referred to as the “Obligors.” Lender, Borrower and the Guarantor shall collectively be referred to as the “Parties.”
