This Settlement Agreement (hereinafter, “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the 23rd day of September 2021, by and between Defendant Allergan, Inc. (“Defendant”), and Class Counsel for End-Payor Plaintiffs, both individually and on behalf of the Class in the above- captioned class action. This Agreement is intended by the Settling Parties to fully, finally, and forever resolve, discharge, and settle the Released Claims, upon and subject to the terms and conditions hereof.
