This Redevelopment Agreement (this “Agreement” or “RDA”) is made and entered into as of the day of , 2023 (“Agreement Date”) by and between the Village of Wheeling, Illinois, an Illinois municipal home rule corporation (the “Village”), and Thompson Peak 4, LLC, an Illinois Limited Liability Company (the “Developer”). (The Village and the Developer are sometimes referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”)
