The original agreement was approved on June 7, 2021 and expired on December 31, 2021. City Staff and Bird are asking for approval of an agreement for 2022 with Bird Rides, Inc, to modernize and diversify the way residents and visitors move about the City. This agreement will allow the deployment of stand-up electric scooters in Bay City once again in the City limits. This agreement will automatically renew each year and opt-out language has been added.
