INSTRUCTIONS ("Agreement") is made and entered into as of August , 2016 by, between and among STS PRESCOTT, LLLP, an Arizona limited liability limited partnership ("Fulton Homes"), FLORENCE UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 1, a political subdivision of the State of Arizona (the "District"), and SECURITY TITLE AGENCY, INC., an Arizona corporation ("Escrow Agent"). Fulton Homes and District are from time to time referred to in this Agreement each individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
