This Toll Policy Agreement (hereinafter “Agreement”) is made by and among the State of Indiana (“Indiana”), by and through the Indiana Department of Transportation (“INDOT”), the Commonwealth of Kentucky (“Kentucky”), by and through the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (“KYTC”), the Indiana Finance Authority (“IFA”), and the Kentucky Public Transportation Infrastructure Authority (“KPTIA”). IFA, INDOT, KYTC, and KPTIA are sometimes referred to individually as a “Party,” or collectively as “the Parties.” Agreement of the Parties is evidenced through the passage of the Tolling Body’s Resolution TB-2015-3 This Agreement shall be effective as of _ , 2015.
