On 28 June 2005, 16 August 2005 and 23 November 2005, a subsidiary company, Comsa Layer Farms Sdn Bhd (‘CLF”) entered into 3 Sale and Purchase Agreements with Imbasan Tenggara Sdn Bhd for the disposal of 3 properties for a total consideration of RM7.5 million. The Sale and Purchase Agreements provide for a deposit RM10 per property to be paid by the purchaser upon signing of the respective agreements. According to the Sale and Purchase Agreements, vacant possession of the said properties were to have been granted on 14 April 2005. The balance of the purchase price of RM7,499,970 is payable within 45 months from the date of vacant possession.
