This Agreement: governs all brokerage accounts that I open with you, all transactions in my Account, the use of your websites, the Brokerage Services, the Mint Global Content, and the Third-Party Content; is binding on my heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns; and will inure to the benefit of your successors or assigns. I acknowledge that I have received, read, and understand this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms as may be amended from time to time.
