This Revised Settlement Agreement (this “Settlement” or “Agreement”) is made by and between Lovely Nakooka and Elva Reyes (each a “Plaintiff,” and collectively, “Plaintiffs”) and Dollar Tree Stores, Inc. (“Dollar Tree”). Plaintiffs and Dollar Tree collectively are referred to in this Agreement as the “Parties,” and each as a “Party.” This Agreement supersedes and replaces the Settlement Agreement previously entered into by the Parties.
