This Pay-at-the-Table Device Service Agreement (“Service Agreement”) by and between Shift4 Payments, LLC, our Affiliates, which as of the effective date of this revision include Harbortouch, LLC, Restaurant Manager, LLC, Positouch, LLC, and/or FuturePOS, LLC, (collectively, “Shift4”) and Merchant, and consists of these Terms and Conditions and the Merchant Processing Agreement Terms and Conditions, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. The Service Agreement is binding on the parties on the date that Shift4 approves Merchant for use of the Pay-at-the-Table Services.
