These Conditions of Entry serve as a binding contract between ‘the Organiser’; Action Challenge Ltd, company number 3825838, currently of 1 Gunnery Terrace, Woolwich, London, SE18 6SW, or its Legal Successor in respect of the ownership of the Ultra Challenge Series (‘the Series’) or any Ultra Challenge event, and ‘you / your’ as ‘the / a Participant’ (as named on ‘the Registration Form’ and having paid the appropriate ‘Registration Fee’) and where applicable ‘the Charity’ that you may have nominated to fundraise for - in relation to an Ultra Challenge event – ‘the Event'.
