This Lease is made and entered into on the day of September, 2020, between Grants Pass School District No. 7, a political subdivision of the state of Oregon (hereinafter “District”), and the City of Grants Pass Oregon, a municipal corporation of the State of Oregon (hereinafter “City”), for the purpose of documenting the Parties’ agreement with regard to the City’s future use of District real property located at 1750 Hawthorne Avenue, Grants Pass, Oregon, which the City has operated as Gilbert Creek Park for over forty (40) years.
