Per the RFP, Respondent shall provide a separate Proposal for each plan that Respondent is proposing, and data necessary to complete Respondent’s Proposal may only be sent to those Respondents who submit a signed Confidentiality Agreement for the particular program that Respondent desires to submit a proposal for.
