This Non-disclosure Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into this 23rd day of March, 2015 (“Effective Date”), in order to protect certain business sensitive, confidential or proprietary information which may be disclosed to Moffett and Associates, L.L.C., under the authority of its Agreement for Services with the City of Milton – Milton Police Commission, (both hereinafter referred to individually as “party” or collectively as “parties”) to facilitate a police chief recruitment and selection process.
