This document contains the terms and conditions applying to Purchase Orders issued by a business within the Fletcher Building Group located in NZ or Australia, where there is no other written agreement between the supplier and the Fletcher Building Group purchaser. These terms and conditions do not apply to purchases by businesses within the Fletcher Building Group located outside NZ or Australia. These terms and conditions take effect from 1 February 2017 (“Effective Date”).
