Attached hereto, for your consideration is a proposed Agreement with Ungerboeck Systems International (Ungerboeck) for the purchase and acquisition of software and services necessary to support Parks & Recreation and Special Events Review Team’s project to replace the existing Facility Rentals software and provide an all-inclusive special events management system for all departments involved in the facilitation of special events. Specifically, this Agreement includes the implementation of Ungerboeck software, product support and training for end- users/support staff.
