Amendment to the Agreement BetweenDs0 Services Agreement • September 3rd, 2008
Pursuant to this Amendment, (the “Amendment”), Trans National Communications International, Inc. (“CUSTOMER”), and BellSouth Telecommunications, Inc. (“BellSouth”), hereinafter referred to collectively as the “Parties,” hereby agree to amend that certain DS0 Services Agreement between the Parties dated January 1, 2005 (“Agreement”) to be effective as of December 28, 2007 (“Effective Date”).
