THIS AGREEMENT is made on this the 14th day of May , 2013 by and between HIDALGO COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Texas, (hereinafter “County”) and David Max Castro Texas Licensed Pharmacist, (hereinafter “Contractor”) to provide services for the Hidalgo County Health and Human Services Department in the manner hereinafter provided.
