This INTERLOCAL COOPERATION AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the day of , 2015, and effective as of the date identified in Paragraph 6, by and between DRAPER CITY (“Draper”), a municipality and political subdivision of the State of Utah; and TRAVERSE RIDGE SPECIAL SERVICE DISTRICT (“TRSSD”), a quasi-municipal corporation and political subdivision of the State of Utah. Draper and TRSSD may hereinafter be referred to individually as “Party” and collectively as “Parties.”
