GENERAL AGREEMENT FOR BANKING TRANSACTIONSGeneral Agreement for Banking Transactions • August 12th, 2020
The undersigned ("Customer"), hereby irrevocably and unconditionally agrees that the terms and conditions set forth in this General Agreement for Banking Transactions ("Agreement") shall apply in relation to any Facility provided or to be provided by Cathay United Bank (including its head office or any branch thereof, the “Bank”) and any transactions entered or to be entered into with the Bank from time to time. This Agreement shall apply in addition and subject to the terms and conditions set out in each facility letter between the Customer and the Bank ("Facility Letter") and in other related transaction documents in respect of each Facility made or to be made available by the Bank. All defined terms used herein that are not otherwise expressly defined shall have the same meaning when used in the Facility Letter. For the avoidance of doubt, a provision in a Facility Letter shall prevail if it conflicts with any provision in this Agreement.
