Notice is given herewith in terms of Section 33 of the Local Government: Municipal Finance Management Act, No. 56 of 2003 that the Municipality intends to enter into an agreement with Henque 3105 CC t/a Henque Waste with a commencement date of 1 October 2020 and termination date of 30 June 2025 in terms of Section 33 of the Municipal Finance Management Act for the collection of recyclable waste for Mossel Bay Municipality in terms of TDR73/2019.
