This Stipulated Agreement (“the Agreement”) is made this day of , 2018, by and between Nevada Virtual Academy (“NVVA”), a public charter school; and the State Public Charter School Authority (“the SPCSA” or “the Authority”), a state-wide agency sponsoring public charter schools, including NVVA. NVVA and the SPCSA are collectively referred to herein as “the Parties.”
