● Your avianca lifemiles American Express® Card from Cardless is issued solely by First Electronic Bank (“FEB”), Member FDIC. This avianca lifemiles American Express Card Rewards Program Agreement is offered through Cardless, Inc. (“Cardless”). This document describes how the avianca lifemiles American Express Elite Card rewards program works and is an agreement between you and Cardless. You agree that use of your cardholder account or any feature of this rewards program indicates your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. In this document, the following words have special meanings:
