This grant agreement (this "Agreement") is made effective on August 10, 2021, (the "Effective Date") between West Virginia University Board of Governors, on behalf of West Virginia University ("WVU" or "University"), the West Virginia University Foundation ("Foundation") and the Charles Koch Foundation, a Kansas nonprofit corporation (the "Donor"). This Agreement is for the benefit of the Knee Center for the Study of Occupational Regulation (the "Center"), which is housed at The John Chambers College of Business and Economics ("Chambers College") at the University. The University, Foundation, and the Donor are sometimes referred to in this Agreement individually as a "Party" and collectively as the "Parties." The Parties agree as follows:
