THIS INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT, (the “Agreement”) is made this day of 2023 by and between EFFINGHAM COUNTY, a body corporate and politic and a political subdivision of the State of Georgia (hereinafter, “Effingham County”) and BRYAN COUNTY, a body corporate and politic and a political subdivision of the State of Georgia (hereinafter, “Bryan County”). Effingham County and Bryan County are, collectively, the Parties.
