The Board wishes to announce that the Company’s lease for its principal place of business in Hong Kong expired on 31 March 2023. As such, the Company has entered into a new lease to move its principal place of business in Hong Kong to an adjacent unit. On 31 March 2023, Central China Properties (as sublessor) and the Company (as sublessee) entered into the Sublease Agreement, pursuant to which, Central China Properties agreed to sublet the Subleased Portion to the Company for a term of three years commencing from 1 April 2023 to 30 March 2026 (both days inclusive).
