This PURCHASE AND SALE AGREEMENT (hereinafter the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of October , 2018 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Davidson County, a body corporate and politic of the State of North Carolina (hereinafter “County”) and Egger Wood Products LLC, a limited liability company duly formed and existing under and by virtue of the law of the State of Delaware (hereinafter “Egger”).
