These API Terms of Use (the “API Terms”), dated as of 9/22/2018(the “Effective Date”), are made and entered into by and between Rental Pro Club Global Inc., a Delaware corporation and its affiliates (“Rental Pro Club” or “we”), and you (“Developer” or “you”). Rental Pro Club and Developer are sometimes referred to in the API Terms individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”. Rental Pro Club and Developer hereby agree as follows:
