This Release of Liability and Waiver ("Release of Liability and Waiver") is entered by and between the San Antonio Police Department ("SAPD"), the Guadalupe County Sheriff’s Office (“GCSO”), and GCSO deputy sheriff’s (“Deputies”), referred to jointly as “PARTIES.”
