THIS TEMPORARY LICENSE AGREEMENT (this “License Agreement”), is made and entered into this day of , 2016 (“Effective Date”), by and Eagle River LLC, Inc., an Arizona limited liability company qualified to do business in Idaho (“Licensor”), and the City of Eagle, Idaho, a city within Ada County, Idaho, incorporated under Idaho Constitution Article XII, §1 (“Licensee”)(collectively, the “Parties”).
