This Hardware Certification Agreement authorizes you to participate in a Red Hat Partner Program as set forth in the Partner Acceptance Document (or as otherwise agreed in writing) in the Territory authorized by Red Hat and sets forth the terms of your participation. If no Territory is identified, the Territory will default to the country based on your address. This Hardware Certification Agreement is comprised of the terms and conditions contained herein including the Program Appendix, any referenced documents or links, and any Red Hat transaction documents entered into pursuant to these terms (collectively, the "Agreement").
