The purpose of this Addendum is to establish the conditions under which OSSE will distribute to (PROVIDER) funding from the Early Childhood Educator (ECE) Pay Equity Fund, through the child development facility payroll funding formula (CDF payroll formula), to enable (PROVIDER) to implement the minimum early childhood educator salaries established in the ECE salary scale for fiscal year 2024 (FY24) published by OSSE.
