THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into as of July 1, 2012, between College Preparatory Academy of the Treasure Coast, Charter of St. Lucie, Inc. (“School”) and the SCHOOL BOARD OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, a district school board constituted as provided in Article IX, Section 4, of the Florida Constitution (“Sponsor”).
