This Order Form, together with the Standard Terms and Conditions attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, shall constitute a binding legal agreement (this “Agreement”), between GolfNow, LLC, GolfNow G1, LLC, and TGC, LLC (collectively as “Golf Business Solutions” or “GBS”) and City of Fort Lupton (“Partner”) (individually, a “Party” and collectively, the “Parties”), and is made and entered into as of the Effective Date set forth below, and shall govern GBS’s provision of software, marketing, and/or technology services for Partner’s golf courses listed below. The Parties agree that this Agreement hereby terminates and supersedes any and all prior agreement(s), written or oral, between GolfNow and Partner relating to the Golf Courses listed below (the "Prior Agreement(s) "), as the Parties hereto wish to continue the previously established business relationship under the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
