The Energy Saving Trust on behalf of the United Kingdom's Department for International Development and the Efficiency for Access Coalition hereby offer to give to «insert awardee name» (“the Awardee”) an Award of up to «insert grant amount», payable based on the agreed milestone schedule and budget detailed in the Awardee’s Application to the EforA R&D Fund, which is more particularly described in Part 1 of Schedule 1 (“the Project”). The total cost of the Project is «insert total project cost» and the Awardee shall provide match funding for eligible projects costs of at least «insert match funding amount». The Expiry Date of the Award will be «insert maximum term period» or once the Final Report is submitted and accepted by the Energy Saving Trust, whichever occurs earlier.
