IMPORTANT-READ CAREFULLY: This Software License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (“Subscriber”) and Titaniam, Inc. (“Titaniam”) (Subscriber and Titaniam together are the “parties”) for the Titaniam software licensed from Titaniam’s reseller (collectively the “Titaniam Software” or “Software”).
