This Guaranteed Admission Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between the Board of Trustees of Northern Illinois University, located in DeKalb, Illinois 60115 (“Northern Illinois University” or “NIU”) and Board of Trustees of Community College District No. 512, an Illinois public community college district having territotry in parts of Cook, Kane, Lake and McHenry Counties, Illinois, hereinafter referred to as “Harper College”, with a principal business address of [1200 W. Algonquin Rd, Palatine, IL, 60067] (“Harper College”).
