We look forward to welcoming (“Student”) to Bridgeway Academy (“Bridgeway Academy”) located at 2155 Fenton Street, Columbus, Ohio (the “Premises”) for the 2018-2019 Academic Year and/or 2018 Summer Camp (the building located on the Premises shall hereinafter be referred to as the “Building”). This Enrollment Agreement (“Agreement”) details the binding agreement between Bridgeway Academy and the undersigned with regard to enrollment, payment, and other responsibilities.
