This First Amendment to Parking Lot Lease (“First Amendment”) is executed as of September 15, 2016 ("Effective Date"), by and between the Capitol Area Development Authority, a California joint powers agency (“Landlord”), and B&G Building Investors, LLC, a California limited liability company (”Tenant”), collectively referred to as the “Parties” and singularly as “Party.”
