Subjected to the terms and conditions set forth herein. Froet Industries LLC (“Froet”) provides this Limited Warranty for products pur- chased and delivered within the United States. This Limited Warranty is provided to the person or entity that owns the building (Owner) that the Froet products are installed. This Limited Warranty shall not become effective unless the application form and required sup- porting material for the Limited Warranty is returned to Froet at the address set forth in Section 8 within 30 days of project substantial completion.
