The following agreement sets out mtc’s Terms and Conditions for the design, development, and supply of the mtc theatre, cinema, and visitor attraction ticket kiosk software solution and does not include the provision or servicing of kiosk hardware and payment processing between the kiosk chip and PIN device and the Client’s payment provider.
