This Farmgate Addendum (“Addendum”) is made effective as of as an addendum to that certain Grower Agreement dated (attached hereto and as modified by this Addendum, the “Agreement”), between Northwest Nursery Improvement Institute (“NNII”) and (“Grower”). Capitalized terms used but not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Agreement.
