THIS IS AN AGREEMENT effective as of November 6, 2017 (“Effective Date”) between City of Grand Forks, 255 North 4th Street, P.O. Box 5200, Grand Forks, ND 58206-5200 (“OWNER”) and Advanced Engineering and Environmental Services, Inc., 4050 Garden View Drive, Suite 200, Grand Forks, ND 58201 (“ENGINEER”). OWNER intends to construct City Project No. 7806: Grand Forks Wastewater Treatment Facility UV Disinfection and Direct Discharge Project (“Project”).
