In exercise of the rights and power conferred upon the Assignee under the Commodity Murabahah Facility Agreement and Deed of Assignment (1st Party) both dated 27th December 2018 entered between the Assignee and the said Assignor and in respect of the Sale And Purc hase Agreement between Assignor and Rawang Lakes Sdn Bhd ("the Developer") dated 12th December 2018, it is hereby proclaimed that the Assignee/Bank with the assistance of the undermentioned Auctioneer.
