The Service Rules and Regulations, as part of the Service Agreement between Central Electric Membership Corporation (CEMC) and the Member, govern the supply and receiving of electric service. Membership is available to all persons within the service area of CEMC on a non-dis- criminatory basis as set forth in the Bylaws of CEMC. This document highlights the main points found in the Service Agreement and does not form a contract between CEMC and the Member. The Service Rules and Regulations are subject to modification or amendment by CEMC’s Board of Directors.
