This Economic Development Project Agreement (Yorktown Rebar Project) (the "Agreement") is executed this day of September, 2020 (the “Effective Date”), by and between The Town of Yorktown Redevelopment Commission (“YRC”), and Rebar Yorktown, LLC, and Rebar Yorktown, Inc. (jointly and severally, the Company”). The Town of Yorktown, Indiana (the “Town”) is executing this Agreement for the limited purposes specified above its signature but, for purposes of clarity, is not a “party” to this Agreement.
