This agreement is entered into between the County of Shasta, a political subdivision of the State of California, through its Health and Human Services Agency (“County”) and the City of Redding (“City”) (collectively, the “Parties” and individually a “Party”) for the purpose of reimbursing the City to partially fund the purchase of a mobile command center vehicle for City’s Police Department and a minimum of 7 laptop computers for the City’s Fire Department.
